I love working with my hands, tackling challenges, and seeing projects come to life — from precise excavation and safe demolition to custom builds that families can enjoy for years to come. When I’m not on the job site, you’ll usually find me snowboarding in the winter or out on the golf course in the summer. For me, construction isn’t just a career — it’s a craft I take pride in, and I bring that same focus and dedication to every project I take on.

Hi, I’m Daniel Dechert, co-founder of LandSync Construction. I’ve always had a passion for building and working outdoors, which is what led me into the construction industry. From excavation and demolition to custom projects, I enjoy taking on challenges and making sure every job is done with precision and care. When I’m not on the job site, you’ll usually find me out fishing or riding my ATV, enjoying the outdoors in a different way. For me, construction is more than just work — it’s about creating something lasting and being proud of what we build together.
