Sam Wiebe
As a co-owner of LandSync Construction, my journey in this industry started long before the business had a name. I built my foundation in the trades through excavation and demolition work — long days, heavy equipment, and the kind of hands-on experience that teaches you precision, problem-solving, and real resilience. Those early years shaped my work ethic and gave me the confidence to take on challenges head-on.
Today, I bring that same drive into the company — focusing on gutter systems, gutter guards, siding, soffit, fascia, windows, doors, and still managing the excavation side of the buisness. Whether it’s protecting a home from water damage or giving it a fresh new look, I take pride in delivering work that lasts and workmanship homeowners can trust.
Outside of work, I’m someone who loves the outdoors — hunting, riding ATVs, and snowboarding are a big part of who I am. Those passions keep me grounded and remind me why I care so much about building and maintaining spaces people feel proud of.
For me, LandSync is more than a business — it’s a reflection of the values I was raised with: work hard, do it right, and treat people with honesty. Every project is personal, and I stand behind the quality of every job that carries my name.

Outside of work, I’m someone who values time spent outdoors and with the people who matter most. Hunting, fishing, and being with my family keep me grounded, focused, and motivated to build a company that reflects those same values — honesty, hard work, and doing right by our customers.
